Processing & Production Time

Most Sweet Voltage products are made to order or custom-made just for you. Processing time varies depending on the product and design.

The estimated processing time for each item is clearly stated on the individual product page before you place your order.

Shipping Time

All orders are shipped from China.

Shipping time refers to the transit time after your order has been shipped and does not include processing or production time.

• U.S. Orders: Typically 10–15 business days in transit after shipping.
• Other International Orders: Shipping times vary by destination. You’ll see the estimated delivery time and available shipping options at checkout.

Please note that estimated delivery times are for reference only. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, weather, or courier delays.

If an unexpected delay occurs, don’t worry — we’ll keep an eye on your shipment and work with the carrier to follow up. If your package is ultimately lost or remains without tracking updates for an extended period due to customs or other shipping issues, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

We kindly ask for your patience while your package is in transit, especially when delays are caused by circumstances beyond our control.
